    Rod Favaron | @rodfav

    Rod Favaron

    Rod Favaron is responsible for overall company operations and long-term strategic direction. Prior to Spredfast, Rod guided Lombardi Software from an early start-up into a global leader in BPM solutions acquired by IBM in 2010.  Prior to joining Lombardi, Rod served as CEO of Mediaprise, Inc., a brand asset management software company; SVP Sales & Marketing for pcOrder.com, a pioneer in e-commerce software and internet content services; and as General Manager at Mentor Graphics Corporation.  Mr. Favaron earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University, and an MBA from the University of Dallas Graduate School of Management.  Mr. Favaron serves on the board of Bypass Lane, Perception Software, the Austin Technology Council and is a mentor to many technology entrepreneurs.

    Ken Cho

    Ken is responsible for setting company strategy and helping customers define successful social programs. He brings 15 years of worldwide management, sales and technology experience. Prior to co-founding Spredfast, Kenneth headed up Client Services for a social media software start-up. Prior to that, Kenneth held sales and business development roles such as managing IBM's multimillion dollar Visa account. Before working at IBM, he held leadership roles at VerveLabs (founder), Enron, Lehman Brothers, and Price Waterhouse (now IBM). Kenneth received a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and an MBA with a focus in marketing and information management from the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas at Austin.

    Jim Rudden

    Jim is responsible for brand, product and revenue marketing at Spredfast. Prior to Spredfast, Jim was VP of Global Marketing at Lombardi Software (acquired by IBM) where he was responsible for brand and product marketing and all demand generation. He has more than 20 years experience in software marketing and implementation in the areas of enterprise software - including business process management (BPM), business rules management (BRM) and enterprise middleware technologies. He has held positions in Product Management, Marketing, Consulting, and Sales at Lombardi Software (acquired by IBM), BetweenMarkets Software (acquired by Innovis) and Trilogy Software. Jim holds a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University.

    Keith Zoellner | @keithzoellner

    Keith Zoellner

    Keith is responsible for product direction and delivery at Spredfast. Keith has over 20 years experience building and managing high caliber software development organizations in the delivery of business critical technology platforms. Prior to Spredfast, Keith was the CTO and VP of Engineering at StoredIQ where he guided the design and delivery of a petabyte scalable information management platform focused on the eDiscovery and Corporate Governance markets. Prior to StoredIQ, Keith was CTO and VP of Engineering at Mshow.com where he guided the delivery of a real time SAS-based content delivery platform focused on the web events market. Prior to that Keith was CTO at two eCommerce companies: Austin-based Ambac Connect and Seatle-based Commerce Direct International. In the early portion of Keith's career, he held senior leadership positions directing large engineering teams at Andersen Consulting and Electronic Data Systems. Keith graduated from the University of Missouri at St. Louis with a BS in Management Information Sciences.

    Olivier Gachot

    As the Chief Sales Office of Spredfast, Olivier Gachot is responsible for all aspects of sales and leads a team that demonstrates the business value and fit of Spredfast's software solutions. With more than 20 years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software, Oliver brings a wealth of sales and leadership guidance to the growing company and market. Prior to Spredfast, Olivier was the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Skire, a leading provider of cloud-based solutions for managing capital projects, facilities and real estate, which Oracle announced acquisition of in 2012. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Channels and Alliances at Lombardi Software, a market leader in business process management software that was acquired by IBM in 2010. Earlier, he served in leadership roles at Actuate, Interleaf and Sybase. Olivier has a master's of science in computer science from Le Havre Business School and a master's of science in agronomy from ISTOM.

    Dan Doman | @dan_doman

    Dan Doman

    Dan is responsible for managing Spredfast's partner relationships and corporate business development efforts. Prior to joining Spredfast, Dan most recently served as Director of Business Development at venture capital firm, Austin Ventures. In this capacity, he focused on early stage investments in the new media, Internet and social software industries. He has previous experience in the early stage venture capital business, as well as investment banking. Dan received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Northwestern University and an MBA from Boston College.

  • EVP of Professional Services

    Virginia Miracle | @virginiamiracle

    Virginia Miracle

    Virginia is responsible for leading the company's Professional Services organization. Prior to Spredfast, Virginia was EVP of Digital Strategy at Ogilvy PR Worldwide where she led the agency's North American footprint of their social media and word of mouth marketing practice - 360° Digital Influence. She has over a decade of experience in providing social media and marketing strategy and services to leading enterprise brands. She has held positions in corporate strategy, consumer marketing and word of mouth marketing at Dell, Inc., Brains on Fire and Trilogy Software. Virginia is very active in the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and is currently the Chairman-elect of the WOMMA Board of Directors. She earned a B.A. in English from Princeton University.

    Jay is responsible for business strategy and planning, financial management and reporting. Prior to joining Spredfast, Jay most recently served as Director of Finance at Smiley Media (a member of Deloitte's Fast 500) and Director of Finance at Lombardi Software. While there, he focused on financial planning, creating infrastructure and providing process and visibility to facilitate rapid growth. He has previous experience in the high tech, early stage venture capital business. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

    Carol oversees Spredfast's human resources department. She brings more than 17 years of successful human resource experience and leadership to the company. She specializes in developing strategic and tactical plans, aligning HR activities to business goals for maximum impact and guiding leaders in organizational change. Prior to joining Spredfast Carol served as Vice President of Human Resources for Lombardi Software, Inc. Carol has a BS in Healthcare Administration from Texas State University, a MBA and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Ethics both from St. Edward's University.
