As a Senior Recruiter, I am always on the lookout for talented people who can add to our team’s #awesomeness. I joined Mass Relevance in February and can honestly say that I love my job. It’s fun coming into work when you get to spend your days telling candidates how amazing your company is, and it’s authentic. Mass Relevance offers a great atmosphere for anyone looking to work in a fast growing start-up and create something truly special. Working in this mindset, we have integrated more than 25 billion pieces of content into social experiences for clients across the globe. We’ve worked with over 250 clients, including big names like Pepsi, Victoria’s Secret and ABC, to name a few. Recently, we helped launch HBO’s first-ever live social media event. Centered on True Blood’s sixth season premiere, we worked with HBO to create a 15-minute live Twitter Q&A preshow with 13 of the show’s stars. As the first Twitter Certified Partner, we were able to power the real-time fan Q&A, hosted by Parks and Recreations’ Retta. We are constantly creating experiences like this for brands, agencies and major television networks, so there is never a dull moment at Mass Relevance!

Our #freesponsibility work ethic carries over into our office environment as well. Team members regularly battle it out on our Ping-Pong table, located in our fully stocked kitchen. Our Head of Health and Fitness, Emilee, provides a healthy breakfast and lunch for our team every day. She also organizes weekly office workouts and plans Fantastic Fridays, our monthly team building day. The activities range from playing sand volleyball at Zilker Park to taking mixology lessons and competing to create the best cocktail and advertising campaign.

Our values and office dynamic work together to create a friendly and fast-paced environment, one that we feel is unique and makes Mass Relevance a great place to work. We’re not alone in that thinking. The Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and South by Southwest Interactive recently recognized us as one of the hottest Austin startups on their 2013 Summer A List.

We were also voted one of the best places to work in Austin by the Austin Business Journal for the second year in a row. We are honored to be on these lists, and we recognize that our team members and their commitment to our values are the reason why we made the cut.
