Continuing our Growth with New UK Office
Today we announced our expansion into Europe with the opening of our first international office in London. In an increasingly global and connected world, we are more confident than ever that great social experiences are the currency of great brand-customer relationships. For our customers that operate in multiple countries, it is becoming more and more critical to segment and target niche audiences in order to drive more meaningful and relevant conversations. The majority of social network growth is happening outside the US, and savvy global brands are already thinking about how to build relationships with new international audiences.
We currently work with customers in more than 20 different countries. Our new U.K. presence allows us to better support the demands of current customers like British Airways and Vodafone UK, and to continue expanding our international customer base. This is just the first step in our global expansion efforts. Our platform already provides brands with the most robust targeting options available on the market today. Pairing our technology with on the ground access to one of our greatest assets – our people – now empowers existing and new global customers to better execute their social strategies worldwide.
Leading the charge from the U.K. is Oana Neumayer, our new VP of EMEA. She brings a wealth of knowledge on European social trends and years of experience providing social strategy to and building partnerships with leading enterprise brands. I’m happy to have her on board to oversee our U.K. operations including sales and the continued growth of the Spredfast community.
