You might find yourself wondering... who are the people behind this exceptional customer experience?
Ladies and gentlemen, without further ado, the time has come to pull back the Smart Social curtain and introduce you to Spredfast’s award-winning Customer Success Team.
Now, take a moment and imagine that you are a new customer at the outset of your partnership with Spredfast...
Right away, you’ll be introduced to Chris Johnson, an Implementation Advisor on the Enablement Team. Chris will guide you through the beginning of your Spredfast experience, from goal setting and account configuration, to team training and platform optimization.
Chris works with you to deliver tailored configuration of the Spredfast product based on a deep understanding of your team structure and social goals. Chris will also be there for your launch, where he’ll make sure you’re comfortable using the software and have access to everything necessary to set your team up for success.
As you work with your Implementation Advisor, you’ll also be introduced to the Education Team.
As an Instructional Trainer, Ben Altman is dedicated to training you on everything Spredfast. Through in-person training or on-demand resources, Ben will walk you through how to get the most out of the Spredfast social software platform.
Not only will Ben assist Chris in making sure you know the software, he’ll also share smart social tips to deepen your understanding of things like social best-practices and performance analysis.
While you’re learning the product and clarifying goals, you’ll be introduced to your Customer Partner. As a Senior Customer Partner, Craig Palumbo is there for you as a trusted advisor and guide. His focus is on helping you get the most out of your investment with Spredfast and proving the impact of your social strategy.
You’ll partner with Craig during your entire journey with Spredfast. He’ll be there to provide product updates and to help you ideate new social initiatives and continually improve the way you use Spredfast.
Betsey Michalopoulos works with Craig on the Customer Success team as a Strategic Customer Partner. Betsey is committed to making your partnership with Spredfast successful by ensuring that you’re reaching your goals and business objectives.
Whenever you need product advice or industry expertise, Betsey is there for you. After all, she’s your advocate!
During your time with Spredfast, you’ll be in close contact with your Customer Partner and have access to a dedicated Support Team.
As an Advisory Support Analyst, Justin Jones will address all your concerns through high-touch support tickets and phone calls. If you come across any technical issues, Justin will also be your point-of-contact as he works closely with the Spredfast Development Team.
Last, but certainly not least, you may decide to partner with our Strategy Team. If so, you’ll get to work with Emma O’Brien, a Social Business Analyst.
In her role, Emma helps customers execute smart social programs through reporting, analysis, and project management. Overall, the Strategy Team’s goal is to complement your social efforts through a variety of services including community management, content creation, research, and analysis.
