Spredfast Social Summit

At Spredfast, we love watching our customers innovate in the social space each and every day. If you have ever joined us for a webinar with one of our rockstar clients, like our recent Spruce Up Your Social series, you know that they are moving the dial on what it means to be a social business. In an effort to facilitate learning across our customer base, we are excited to host our first ever Spredfast Social Summit, October 3-5, in our hometown, Austin, TX.

This event is an opportunity for Spredfast users and partners to interact, share best practices, and gain insight into how others are using the Spredfast platform to accelerate their social business initiatives. The event will be jam-packed with on the ground insights from customers across all verticals and trusted industry analysts mapping the latest trends in social business.  We will also have representatives from our Customer Success, Product, and Strategic Services teams present to offer continued training and answer questions about the Spredfast Platform.

Rebecca Lieb of the Altimeter Group will provide our Keynote Presentation and take a deeper dive into her latest report on The Converged Media Imperative: How Brands Must Combine Paid, Owned, and Earned Media.  Lieb leads an impressive lineup of speakers that includes Edelman Digital’s Michael Brito, Whole Foods’ Natanya Anderson and Michael Bepko and others. Are you a Spredfast customer with a great story to share about how your company is innovating in social? You haven’t missed the boat- submit to speak at Summit.

What else will our customers learn at summit?  There are a number of sessions focusing on topics from achieving organizational scale, to providing unique customer experiences, to measuring the impact of your social programs. Chuck Hemann of WCG will join Natanya from Whole Foods to dispel “Size Matters and Other Myths” and discuss the true signs of social success. Christina Trapolino of Jason’s Deli and Michael Bepko will speak the language of social love and share ways to “Put a Ring on it” and build an engaged audience.

In addition to the formal sessions and trainings there will be plenty of opportunities to network with peers. If you’ve ever stopped in to see us during SXSW, we think you’ll share our excitement for Thursday night’s S^3 party. We can’t wait to show you a good time, ATX style.

We’ll be releasing more information as we get closer to the event. We can’t wait to celebrate social and engage with our awesome customers in October.
