HSN wanted to increase conversation and awareness around a new line of beauty products.
Recognizing the power of word of mouth, HSN integrated a real-time Facebook Poll to increase content generation and drive traffic back to their website. Visitors to the landing page could browse new products and take part in a poll indicating what new scent should come out next. A poll result would populate as a Facebook "story": an image, title, and link back to the page where the experiences is hosted. HSN was able to use these authentic votes and stories to amplify earned media about their products throughout Facebook and drive new visitors back to the site.
