Herbal Essences' re-launched a classic line of Herbal Essences Shine shampoos. In order to relive the experience of their #firsttime using the shampoo, the brand invited people to share stories about their "firsts" with the @HerbalEssences Twitter account.
A Mass Relevance Mosaic took over the homepage, displaying agency produced videos alongside real-time, user-generated content from Twitter. The Mosaic updated dynamically as fresh content came in. As site visitors scrolled over the content, they have the ability to engage from within the experience by retweeting, replying, or favoriting each Tweet. The experience served to showcase brand sentiment and nostalgia while encouraging new people to join and amplify the conversation.
