In a third projet with Clear Channel, Mass Relevance was charged with fueling and amplifying social buzz at their annual iHeartRadio Music Festival. Integrating social engagement into digital properties both online and in-venue, Mass Relevance allowed fans at the iHeartRadio Music Festival to participate in conversations and react to event experiences.
Using the Mass Relevance Product Studio, Clear Channel easily created features such as a photowall and a Mass Streams widget, that captured and broadcasted attendees' experiences and conversations. Fans tweeted in photos using the hashtag #IHeartRadio, which were displayed online and on video boards in-venue. In addition, a Top RT contest resulted in a lucky fan winning a trip backstage to hang out with Rihanna.
