    Only​ ​guests​ ​with​ ​a​ ​badge​ ​or​ ​wristband​ ​will​ ​be​ ​allowed​ ​in​ ​the​ ​theater.​ ​As​ ​this​ ​is​ ​a​ ​sold-out  event,​ ​there​ ​will​ ​be​ ​no​ ​on-site​ ​registration

  • How do I get a discount with Lyft to use while I’m in Austin?

    Lyft​ ​discount​ ​codes​ ​will​ ​be​ ​sent​ ​to​ ​attendees​ ​in​ ​their​ ​welcome​ ​email.​ ​​ ​Please​ ​find​ ​our​ ​Lyft  ambassadors​ ​at​ ​the​ ​airport​ ​and​ ​our​ ​kiosk​ ​in​ ​front​ ​of​ ​the​ ​W​ ​to​ ​help​ ​you​ ​find​ ​a​ ​driver.

  • Are my tickets refundable?

    All​ ​ticket​ ​sales​ ​are​ ​final.

  • Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

    Tickets and badges are no longer transferable.
